The young lady was very helpful & lovely. She showed us various fabric samples after asking about our ideas. Sadly we heard a blonde haired lady who also works there speaking impatiently & negatively to her when she went to ask a question. Very unprofessional & unnecessary
Your drivers pull out of people in an 80km/h zone and go 45-50km/h causing us to slam on our brakes. Do better, get better drivers. Terrible look.
Thank you Guthrie Bowron Timaru, you guys delivered on every level, from very efficient friendly staff, timely service, great communication and advice and last but not least, a great price. Sophie deserves a special mention having been the face of the company, outstanding. We have dealt with many good companies over many years in business, but you guys have really taken it to another level.
Poor customer service - I had bought both the 'water based' and 'oil based' stain/varnish as I wasn't sure which one my partner wanted, but informed the salesperson that I will return the one we don't want. Due to house moving, I ended up losing the receipt. But I still had the details of EFTPOS transaction date/time that I offered to show to them, so that they can look up the receipt in their computer system. They refused to return the product despite remembering us. No effort was made to help. Perhaps they need to learn to use the computer system better.
I assume repeat custom is not something they work toward. Rude.
Great service from the wallpaper department even helped me carry the box of wallpaper to my car. Super friendly and understood what I wanted
Absolute rip-off, bought 2 x 10L buckets of Dulux roof & trim paint for $230 each. Later on checked at Bunnings - it's $157 per bucket. Rang shop to discuss this only to hear "it is what it is, that's our price and we can't do anything about it". Wasted $146 UPDATE - yes, I compared the wrong products as mentioned below. So the actual difference was $43 per bucket $86 for 2, still quite significant.
Service what service business must be good.
