The four of us had a great meal here - excellent food and service in a relaxed atmosphere. Quiet enough to talk easily but busy enough to have a background buzz. Not pretentious - just a classic Italian restaurant that gets things right. Recommended.

A busy, local Ponsonby restaurant .Amando and staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely outdoor tables on the street as well as inside. Our favourite restaurant and I find it hard to get past the duck on red cabbage and fine , fine mash. Interesting Sicilian wines.
This place is amazing!! The atmosphere is great and the food, I feel like I am back in Italy in a remote village in Tuscany having authentic Italian Cuisine. I recommend this to anyone who really wants the real taste of Italian Cuisine.

A cute, casual and intimate restaurant in Three Lamps. I would recommend making a booking, as there have been a few times I have attempted to walk in and they are full. This speaks to how popular and good they are. When I can get a table I am always impressed with the food and the service.
Food was delicious nice vegetarian options. One of the plates was spicy but it doesn't say so in the menu. Perhaps is something to consider. But in general was delicious.
A great local gem. Felt like we were transported to Italy. Delicious authentic style Italian food. Wonderful service and a cute setting. Would definitely return.
This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The food is divine, the atmosphere is charming and relaxed and the staff are very friendly. For me it is always a real highlight of any trip to Auckland.
