Pretty impressed with the coffee, loved our drink and also the scent of coffee beans just standing in line to order. Being a tourist, I wasnt aware of how popular this place is but again came highly recommended by some mates in town and I would most certainly recommend it to others too!

One of finest coffee tasted here during my trip so far, with special era vibes from the late 1890s. Amazing service too. Highly recommend

My review only gets two stars - although the coffee was good, they only serve in takeaway cups on weekends, even if you dine in. The bin is overflowing with the used cups which will go straight in to landfill. I think it’s time to rethink this. Weekenders please bring your keep cup!

I was refused a coffee at 2:46pm on Sunday even though they close at 3pm and were still making coffees for other customers! The service lady argued for a few minutes refusing to serve me while other coffees were still being made! As a customer of over ten years I won’t be back…

Cracking coffee. The decaf is the best I've had and I only drink decaf and have tried a lot. It had such an interesting flavour that I was scared to drink it because I have a heart issue and was convinced it was too good to be decaf but I'm pleased to say it was, it was just delicious. My partner's house blend, flat white was great too. We bought some beans to take home.

Great little spot in the middle of the Strand Arcade. They make great coffee and it's easy to find a spot to sit - unlike some other cafes in the Strand. I had a double espresso which was very nice. I also ordered a burnt butter chocolate chip cookie that was delicious.

popular and you can see why. it's a strong coffee but is down right good. they offer a variety of coffee beans and you can really taste what makes this unique to the other cafes around. note coffee price is the same no matter what you choose

Coffee was amazing, this place never disappoints. The coffee beans were not burned, and the drink was very smooth, there was no acidic after taste as well. Probably one of the best coffee I’ve ever had in sydney city. Worth every penny!

Didn’t get the eagerly anticipated coffee aroma and hit. In addition there was an odd sour taste and initially I thought the milk may have been off but realized it was the taste of the coffee. For someone who loves coffee as much as I do and throw it out halfway is unheard of. Various palettes but this one wasn’t for me unfortunately.

Used to be really nice coffee, now unfortunately serving in plastic cups only on the weekend and really thick cups other days which ruins the experience as coffee arrives cold. So if you still want to try it get a latte in a glass during week.Food: 1/5
