Situated in Sydney’s leafy Eastern Suburbs, Guillaume is an elegant local restaurant with a focus on seasonal, produce-driven food. Chef Guillaume Brahimi and his team have created a dining experience that is sophisticated yet comfortable, in the historic three level Darcy’s building in Paddington. After extensive renovations the restaurant opened in August 2014 with beautiful new interiors.

I was a bit worried at first, looking at the decor, I thought it would be a very traditional place with very traditional french food. But it's not. It's creative, surprising and delicious. Make sure you're really hungry, portions are big maybe too big. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a very special and romantic restaurant. Our dinner was delicious and the service was friendly as well as professional. Not inexpensive but the food is worth the splurge.
Loved it, excellent value wine and relaxed service which is great for this type of dinning. Great example of french cooking, a step up from Aria in terms of technique.

Went for the first time for my wifes birthday. Service was THE BEST we have ever had, food was on point. The degustation was sooooo filling.
