9 out 10 times excellent helpful professional service from all staff including pharmacists

charges are very excessive for most items - $22 at Optimal, $12 at ChemWarehouse - avoid Optimal if possible

Regular cost of prescription elsewhere is $6.49. Cost of same prescription at Optimal Pharmacy Plus Dianella is $17.60!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost 3 times as much!! Optimal Pharmacy Plus do not have an website that allows for complaint.

Love the staff at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was so helpful. She listened to my problem and treated me with respect. The other girls are so pleasant. It is a joy to go there. I am always greeted warmly and looked after well

Very slow service for how busy they are. Also often are out of various medication. A last resort chemist only.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist went out of her way to find a medication of mine that was not available. I will be going there again.
