I have taken 3 of my family cars to GMS at Maidstone and have never been disappointed with the outcome. They are all very friendly and have great communication skills and good customer service. They have always been able to find and fix the problems in the cars I have taken. I will never go to any other garage now I will always be going with GMS Maidstone. I have no words on how to explain how good they are.
We have used GMS since around 2005 when they were recommended by an employee in a VW dealership! and since that time they have been super efficient, good value and most importantly do a great job with zero BS. Helped out at short notice after an accident and when broken down and have serviced all our cars, from VW, Peugeot sorry, Vauxhall and Volvo sorry again. Frank, honest explanations, fair pricing and friendly customer service from a family business is rare these days - but GMS has it sorted. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.Services: Brakes

I have been using GMS to look after the family cars for years. Every visit, has always been good value for money. Yearly service's and MOT, Brake repairs or suspension refresh. Always willing to offer advise and discuss options. Dealing with Simon, Carol or Kevin - always friendly and helpful. They are a great Team - thanks guys.
I had an emergency light electricity issue and had to stop by without an appointment. They are very kind, helpful and could feel that they care about the customers. They fixed the issue promptly and charged only minimum. Very reliable and am grateful I moved to Maidstone only 2 mins drive and I will certainly use this place for any car issue! Really trust worthy, friendly and all round lovely independent Audi specialist! They were recommended to me! They’ve been my go to since 2020. Absolute car nuts with lots of rally stories! They have so far replaced all my discs and pads and most recently found a fault in my sunroof, stopped my roof leaking into the boot and even managed to fit the car in when I turned up a day early. Was recommended this garage and ended up having to get the AA to tow my VW Touareg to them after a serious breakdown. GMS Kent didn’t disappoint. They were polite, fast and reasonably priced. I have recently used this garage I found their details during an online search. I was having a difficult time with a nearby main dealer who’s service and pricing was shocking. I spoke to the owner Simon and immediately felt I was in safe hands. Going forward I then dealt with carron. I can not thank this garage enough for their honest no bs advise From the owner to the mechanics I would like to offer them all a huge thank you I will definitely use their services again.
