The only complaint I have about this place is that the servings are too big. Very tasty, very friendly and cosy atmosphere. Some on street parking.
* Closed for business sadly.* Nice little place off the main drag at the back of the 7-11. Staff were great and the interior has a rustic charm. Seating indoor and out. Menu options are mostly fresh from the grill stuff; I had a pork and a lamb souvlaki, both were excellent.
Such as nice evening. We had a group of 7 and they set us up outside. After catering for each of us, and fully explaining the menu the waitress promptly brought out the food- lavish meal of authentic Greek food. And to top it off, free desert? Really great experience.
Thought it was one of those new Greek shops that are springing up everywhere. It turns out it's just a fancy looking kebab shop. Food was OK but I would say it was good value in terms of quantity but not in quality.
I have not had the pleasure of going to Greece to experience the food and culture but this place has certainly made me fall in love with the Greek cuisine simply irresistible perfect on all levels and the Greek salad is indescribable and irresistible a must try! Keep serving blessed dishes with love
A real souvlaki place as opposed to a kebab! So rare in Sydney, and just around the corner from my home. Coming from Melbourne where its almost a staple, it is something I crave often and could hardly find here. A good place for a basic menu when you need a Greek fast food fix.
I have developed an addiction to the lamb souvlaki pitta. It is really really good. I have been averaging a couple a week now. Ouch. Fresh ingredients, tasty lamb and great pitta. This is one of the best lunch stops in Newtown.
