I recently visited Grill'd in Tunstall Square, and while I was excited for a tasty meal, my experience had its ups and downs. The vibe is casual and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a burger. However, I found myself waiting quite a while for my food to arrive, which was surprising since there was only one other group in the restaurant at the time.nWhen I needed to ask for something, I noticed the staff were busy chatting out the back, making it a bit difficult to get their attention. It felt like they could have been a bit more attentive, especially with such a light crowd.nOn the plus side, Grill'd has some great options for kids! They offer a Mini Me Pack, which includes a mini-burger or bites, mini chips, and a drink. There’s also the Dynamic Duo, perfect for little ones with big appetites. My kids loved their meals and it’s nice to see a place that caters to families.nOnce my food finally arrived, I have to say the burgers were delicious and well-prepared. The fresh ingredients really made a difference. Despite the wait and service hiccups, the quality of the food made up for some of the frustrations.nOverall, Grill'd Tunstall Square has potential with its tasty burgers and family-friendly options, but they definitely need to work on their service speed and attentiveness. I’d consider giving it another shot in hopes of a smoother experience next time!

Another disappointing experience today at Tunstall Square Grill’d. Half an hour wait, paid for sauces missing and beyond unprofessional service. The only time I seem to have a 10/10 experience at the minimum is when I short brunette girl named Lara is working. I started taking note of her name when I experienced excellent service which was a first at this store when I started being served by her. It is disappointing to see that only one out of im sure many workers takes their job seriously, professional and can still take the time to show excellent customer experience and have a chat. Good job Lara but horrible performance Tunstall Square Grill’d.
5 stars for Lara… not only looked after us by being attentive and polite but was also the only staff member on the floor capably tending to all the tables and front desk by herself. Great stuff and a credit to Grill’d
My wife’s burger bun was burnt, and they’ve forgotten about the bacon, which was clearly written in the receipt.
