Nice casual restaurant for a quick feed. But be prepared to wait in line and be seated right next to someone as it is almost always busy and doesn’t have the biggest seating area inside. Depending on what burger you get and whether you add chips the price can start to add up quickly. The food itself always tastes delicious and good portion sizes. Me and my family all agreed the zucchini chips were the best!
Awesome Staff! I had never been to Grill'd before today, I'm glad to say I had a fantastic experience. My partner and I came in with our cheeky toddler and were soon seated and eating some fantastic food. We had a bit of a mix up with the app, our fault, but the staff were accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make our lunch a great one.
They weren't very busy as it was early evening. The vibe was good with friendly staff. There were six of us. Half was satisfied, the other half disappointed. I had a lamb burger which was perfect. Some of the others had various chicken burgers, of which some were over cooked and dry. The fries was old, or at least it was overcooked as well. So it depends on what you order I suppose
Love grilled! This is a good store but in the past few months have had a few items missed in our take away order and the kids meal box has broken open twice. Got takeaway tonight, The mustard and pickle burger came with no pickles on them and the large serving of zuccini fries was given without the delicious herb sauce which really made the meal disappointing as Grilled is usually a good experience. Customer service was great and the wait to was goog.
Simply Grill'd- Meat patty was burnt on the edges, but I didn't mind. Bread bun was ok, salad was fresh. Service staff always top notch, friendly and professional.Food: 4/5
Whenever i'm here with my family, the service is good with a warm atmosphere and great food. Although, there is always something missing from my experiences at least with the waiting staff coming to our table to inform us that an item we chose is unavailable why not just say that when ordering? which normally ends in at least one person being left in dissapointment... My only other real gripe is with modifying food; when ordering a meal with the request for a componen of it to be added or removed, there is a 50/50 chance the order gets messed up, although more understandably so. Overall, a great restaraunt chain with the added hurdle of error.
Great burger and while a bit smaller then I was expecting for the price, the flavours hit the mark as well as the quality. Will be back and keep up the great service.Food: 4/5
Large range of burgers , good bar selection and hasty service. JP Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie burgers. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. No steps.
Had a lovely experience for lunch last Sunday. I love that they support the local community and have delicious burgers as well!
