Perfect location and the food is good but not best I ever had but still pleasent .One night after work myself and work staff decided to go have a burger and while we where sitting enjoying our meal and conversation. The staff started putting chairs up and banging them so hard I guess it was a sign that we want to go home. They could have took a different and better approach maybe come to our table and let us know that they will be closing in 10 or 15 minutes, We would have eaten fast and left in time no dramas. I guess they don't value their customers , customer service is not their top priority which is sad because the place has potential to be one of the best burger place in Perth since that night I stopped going and I don't miss it at all and have no desire to go there ever again in this lifetime.

If you want quality burgers that don't over do it (i.e. Varsity), then look no further than this place. Service and quality of meal is excellent. Highly recommend the 'Hot bird' for those keen on a bit of spice. Well done!

Staff are friendly but need more training! A group of 5 of us came for dinner one night, ordered at the same time, chips and a burger. Usually when receiving food at restaurants we would receive the meals for everyone on the table at the same time.. here they like to give people their chips first, excluding 1 person from the table then when 4 people are almost finished with their chips the 5th person gets their burger and the people who received their chips first await until the person with the burger is almost finished to then receive their burger?!? Everyone’s starving and just watch while one person eats?! Staff honestly need to be trained that you do not service like this!!!

Like it. Bit too loud. Hard to make conversation. Not the best place for your date. But good for friends hanging out

Do not frequent this establishment. They do not deserve your custom. I attended this evening and advised the cashier that I was waiting for a 3rd diner and in the meantime I ordered 2 drinks. She said “that will be $18”. I handed her a $20 note then looked up and said don’t you mean “$16” as the board says they are $8 each. She said “the till says they are $9 each”. She then turned to another employee, who shrugged, then turned to the manager. I did not hear their conversation but she came back and said that it was the price that was on the till. I said no it is not and asked for my money back. I then told my son we were leaving and on the way out approached the manager and told him that he had made a very stupid decision to try to rip me off and explained that I also owned a business, a law firm in fact, and if they advertise a price they need to abide by that. He shrugged. They easily would have made about $150 out of us tonight and a great deal more on other nights as the restaurant is located between my work and home but with that attitude never again! Hope that attempt to make an extra $2 was worth it for you loser!
