Just ordered a burger and a cesar salad through uber eats. They sent this piece of garbage instead of the chilli addict burger that I ordered. Look at the photos. What is this? Look at the photo of the caesar salad. This is what you get for $19. I tried to call them they did not pick up the phone obviously.
Service was really good, attentive staff greet you as you walk in, take your order and check in mid way. Very friendly which is great to see with a good attitude. Food was quick.
Located outside and front of The Kingsway Shopping Centre, Grill’d is a convenient place to have a family dinner, or even a mid-size group event. The parking out the front is free and ample so you’ll never fight for space even on the busier nights such as Friday and Saturday nights. The outdoor area is well lit with good vibes and has picnic tables for larger groups and overall would say can sit around 60/70 people which is the same for inside the restaurant, where tables of 4/6 ppl are spread out evenly and can accommodate wheelchairs, although would be tougher in a busy night. Prams is a challenge. The other little note was tables allowed just enough room were you could here the ambiance of conversations but not be intruded by them and hear your own conversations.nnWe tested out the venue on a busy Saturday night and Food was excellent and service time was about 10 minutes for an order of: kids meal, Simply Grill’d Burger, Wild West Burger and Chicken Pom Salad. All food came out together and salad was fresh, Chicken was hot nnStaff were attentive asking how the meal was and if there is anything they could do well trained and well prepared.nnThanks again for a great night.nnNote: I had taken the photos after the crazy Saturday rush trying to avoid “ppl in pics”
Grill'd Kingsway consistently delivers food that surpasses other franchises. The quality is exceptional, setting them apart. The staff are consistently great, showing exceptional training that sets them apart from other stores. Additionally, their strong hiring policy of people with disabilities is commendable, and these team members excel. It's a testament to the excellent training and management. Highly recommend for both their food and their inclusive hiring practices.
Recently went here for lunch with family. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. After a small wait the food came, at it was delicious, the zucchini chips were a real treat. Midway through our meal staff came to check on us, very good service. Overall a very good experience.
