Personal service by way of ordering at counter is discouraged. Order arrived, Burger great, onion rings BURNT. When is it OK to deliver Burnt Onion rings to the table without conscious. Had to ask for them to be replaced!!
Like all Grill’d burger places, the burgers are great. This establishment is new, open a couple of weeks. A few teething problems, but that is normal. I believe this place will settle into a fabulous rhythm and become a very popular place. Super easy access, parking right outside. Dining indoors is lovely as you have plenty of natural light coming from the wall of windows to the outside world. I look forward to many visits ahead. Today enjoyed the wagyu beef and veggie patty burgers… both delicious, as were the sweet potato chips.
Lunch last Saturday arrived to have a chicken burger. Wasn't advised upfront that there was no grilled chicken available, just some fried version of it which i was told after we ordered. It was midday and possibly one of the first orders of the day. How can a place that sells chicken, beef or lamb burgers as their staple, have no chicken. then i asked for no bacon, instead goats cheese and instead of being the same price, no i was charged more. when asked about it from the girl serving who really didn't care, she gave some lame excuse. the outdoor area was grimy and dirty. apart from that, the food was not bad, but it is a ridculous price for burgers that have become so small and would not eat there ever again.
My order gets muddled has something wrong every time for take away orders.nI’ve ordered here three times and each time something is mistaken or omitted from the order.nLike tonight’s burger had no tomato - no wonder it tasted dry. And it had the wrong sauce combination. I know bc I get the same burger at all Grilld restaurants. Chips were omitted from our order last timenI tried to call 5 times to ask what happened to the tomato or to see what they could do to rectify - and no one answered despite it being 45 minutes ahead of closing time according to published closing time.nReally dissatisfied- maybe need to stick with Indro store despite it being further away ?
I bought some kind of Mexican Wagyu burger that was delicious and really hit the spot after a long morning on the trails. Service was prompt and the online ordering worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for information. Table and chairs were clean and comfortable. We parked right out front.
