Eating as I am reviewing couldn’t waitnAwesome burgers as usual, Good vibesnBut some people in Perth are having problem understanding what a customer expects when they walk into a restaurantnMan this girl working here was having A Minus Minus attitude so much so that she couldn’t wait to tell us what burgers she is getting on the table and serving, she did have the same attitude on the counter but I expected better on table, she needs to get it fixed.
The BEST Grilld in Perth. Staff never miss and are SO accommodating. I’m also coeliac and have never been sick from eating here. Food is fresh and atmosphere of location is great too. Can’t fault it. Amazing service
On 12th of January 9pm my family and I went to grill’s in ascot. Before I continue my review let me say we normally go to grilld in midland and Kingsway and the staff are very very nice. We have halal requirements and the staff normally respect this and ensure they don’t cross contaminate as their actual meat are halal.nBut in ascot when we asked the staff member If they can not cross contaminate she went to ask the manager who was very rude, shrugged her shoulders and said “ tell them it’s not halal- the chicken and beef” she seemed like she had a problem with us and she just didn’t want to serve us as online it says their meat is halal. Would not recommend to go here as normally their staff are very nice and well trained but not at ascot. I feel bad for recommending them to my family
The clerk Mel was super friendly and greeted us warmly when we went inside the store.nHe went above expectations with checking the drinks sugar contents for my dietary requirements. The food came out hot and fresh. Cannot fault our visit!
