Love the spicy HFC burger! So succulent and start! The chips were average. The customer service was great I would dine here again, it was super quick and was very quiet due the covid outbreak.
The burgers had brilliant flavours. I had three sliders, each with a different combo of fillings. Loved them. If you order from your table using a QR code, make sure you collect your own drink. Truly enjoyed the food.Food: 5/5
Review is based on the new limited Bruce Wayne burger, it was ok. Not sure if their description "Rich, sophisticated, and baller AF" is a good description as it just tasted like a plain burger. The double truffle mayo had no flavour, and the hot sauce had no spice behind it. The addition of pickles would have made this burger better.
Order 2x Summer Sunset burgers and 2 x Chips. Got the panini buns. Had to wait 20 mins to get the order, which the staff member mentioned after taking my order. There where 5 staff members working in the kitchen and 8 people dining in. Left to do some shopping and came back after 18 mins. I noticed 2 staff members working while the other 3 stood around chatting. I was waiting along side another customer. Both of us gave each other a frustrated look which was noticed by the manager. He asked the staff members to stop chatting and help out to get the orders out. Once we got home to eat the food, the bread was stale and seemed to be thrown together. Won’t be eating this over priced average food again. Very disappointing
I love grill'd burgers. They always make some of the juiciest most delicious burgers. However this particular establishment makes too many mistakes. Constantly doing it on the wrong bun or providing the wrong ingredients to what's on the menu. They have reached the point for me where there are just too often too many mistakes. I will no longer be regularly attending this shop. I'll try the Miranda branch Below is my review of them pre covid, 4 starts back then I will regularly do take away and eat in the park outside as it is on a very noise corner where its hard to hear. I've come here over 15 times and have only had 2 bad experiences. So they're pretty great and regularly on the money. I avoid their fries. They often seem hit and miss, sometimes you get perfect chips and enough of them they taste great, sometimes you get over cooked or a very small amount.
Too expensive for the product. Staff and service was very good. Had a simple bacon and cheese burger with no sides. Nothing special about it. Came on a massive plate basically telling me I should have got sides or it wont satisfy. $13.50 for a small burger and the taste did not justify. Better to go to your local hamburger shop to get double the burger for half the price.
Recommend. Pros: speed of service; reasonably good fast food burgers and sides. Cons: burger quality quite variable and occasionally shows considerable lack of care.
I visited on the opening week and the staff were on sharp point with service. The place is squeaky clean and has good vibes. The Miranda Grill’d can be a bit iffy on service, but these guys were keen to get off to a good start. Fast and flavoursome. Like a fast food chain in terms of consistency, but only better quality food. Ideal spot for a quick but substantial feed if you’ve got to head off for other engagements. The service is friendly, there’s plenty of seating, the burgers are inventive and slightly higher priced given the premium quality ingredients. Consistently great food. I love their burgers and always enjoy talking about who we want to donate our charity tokens to. A bit pricey, not exactly cheap, more like moderate price, but still good value for money. Also, I enjoyed the zucchini fries and they have a variety of other cool menu stuff. The big variety of burgers are all tasty & caters widely to various intolerances & preferences.
Someone posted on Facebook 2/07/2021 Close your shop down thanks Wanted to warn others from the chicken burgers at Grilled Kirrawee after my grandsons lunch experience today. This is the chicken he pulled from his burger today. As it was ordered through menu log the store would not field his complaint and advised him they were busy and to call menu log. Menu log were great and gave him a voucher for double the value of what he had paid. Avoid this store. If chicken is too hard to cook they should stop selling it.
The worse experience that I have ever received. The manager was very unhelpful and was more interested in getting me off the phone and not helping. The food arrived freezing cold and took over an hour an half to make and get delivered.
