Absolutely enjoyed my simply grilled with egg! Staff were really lovely! Can tell they were run off their feet and still managed to get our burgers out quickly. Only downer was the sweet potato chips we got were cold.
The main reason I like this place is because you can sit outside on a good sized picnic tables looking at the beautiful foreshore having a drink on a sunny day. Not too busy depending in what time you go, prices reasonable, you go to the counter when you want to order. Food was yummy and if you like sweet potatoes try there chips!

Excellent service from the team that was working the lunch shift on Wednesday 28th December 2023. All very helpful and friendly, it was busy but they weren't rushed and we didn't wait long at all to order or for the food. They were happy to answer questions about the menu items and provided suggestions. Food was great, the new flavour of onion rings were the best! Previous experience here was good, but todays burger was served cold with undercooked Pattie’s. When your main product is burgers, the bare minimum is to provide a cooked, hot product. Owners - Further extensive training required here with the kitchen staff, if you want to keep attracting customers back.
Had dinner there Friday night, 30-40 minutes waiting till food arrived. Our order was taken incorrectly, so we were one burger short. Food tasted horrible: oily burnt sweet potato chips, there was so much mayo in the burger, it was hard not to call it mayo burger.

I like Grill'd burgers but the Mandurah restaurant needs to improve on its service delivery, especially on general hygiene. The tables were still dirty by the time we walked in and the waitress didn't bother to clean it even after we sat down. We asked for some water and the glasses were dirty as well. One glass had visible sauce stains. The food was ok but we didn't enjoy it as much as we kept wondering how far the hygiene standards had been neglected.
Went with a group of 7, waited 30 minutes before having to go up to the bar and ask when the drinks were coming. Waited a total of 45 minutes for food to come out. The place appeared to be short staffed on my visit. The one waitress serving outside was under the pump but was friendly. Hard to recommend this based on my experience.
