A beautiful place to chill in! This was our second visit in a row and we are in love with their food and the service. We’re really surprised when one of the serving staff came and apologised for the delay and offered us complimentary drinks we didn’t complain though and didn’t notice even about the delay These people are so caring and friendly to their guests. All the best guys, you are the legend!!!
Healthy fried chicken?! HFC classic new on the menu, “cooked in Red Island Australian extra virgin olive oil and has no preservatives, no additives, and no hormones. A new tastier and crunchier coating” Can you really taste the difference?! Yes! Definitely a cleaner and fresher taste, the flavour is engrained all the way through the burger but yet not greasy and not sloppy. Not a huge and highly stacked burger which is easy to hold and you don’t have to battle your way through the first bite : Chilli addict on a low carb bun, a go to burger who love a mild spice but yet keep your carbs down at 275 calories or 9g in 100g. Once you take your first bite, the fun of cleaning after yourself begins! The roasted peppers, spanish onions, cos lettuce, chilli relishes and sour cream just oozes out! Yum yum! One of my all time favourite burger joints! It is healthy, clean and fresh! A must for the burger lovers that doesn’t have to second guess!
We had a very pleasant experience here tonight along with our dogs… the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they kept checking on us to see if we need anything, which made both us and our dogs feel very welcome and calm. The food came very quick and delicious. Also there is enough space in the our door area for dogs and kids, it’s really enjoyable to sit here in a summer night !
Clean, fresh, great burger sauce flavours . Zucchini chips were on point, but regular and sweet potato chips were bit soggy/soft. Service very friendly and fast.
Grill’d yarraville - I’ve eaten here a few times since living in Yarraville and I found the benefits of dining here would be the friendly, easygoing staff and restaurant & the burgers that don’t make you feel guilty for eating them. They have a large Astro turfed pedestrian only out door area where you can sit & dogs are welcomed.
Having ordered more than 5 times home delivery form Grill’d, tonights delivery was like no other, and I hope you never have to experience this. I dont write reviews, but on this occasion I have been so deeply offended by the response of a simple home delivery, I wanted to share it with the Yarraville Community. Today, Friday night 19th Aug 2022 we ordered a home delivery, and then received it, in the most unconventional way I have ever received ...it was thrown over our fence!! We looked out our front door to see if the delivery had landed, and strewn across our walkway was dinner, and to prove it here are the photos. The response, with your phone call - asked to speak the manager, I was then told I needed to speak to the manager of the manager, and was hung up on. Called back, spoke to the manager of the manager, and told...NO we cannot re-deliver as we did not deliver it is an OH&S issue for our staff to deliver it!!!, and it isn’t our fault, its the delivery company. Cummon people, give me a break, I order direclty of the grill’d website, that includes delivery, it is not my issue that Grill’d choose a third party, you should have fixed this without question. From a deeply offended Yarraville Local, and remember these words if you are still reading this, 'Caveat Emptor!' I look forward to Grill'ds response to this depressing way to end our familys day.
have come here twice, first time was good except I got tomato sauce instead of tomato relish. Second time I mentioned the mix up to the girl at the counter and she just laughed ‍, anyway all good, I did get a half full container of tomato relish this time. Shortly after getting the food brought out, the music was turned on, so loud my friend and I sitting accross from each other could not talk to each other without yelling. As we were 1 of 2 tables with people sat at it, and the rest of the restaurant was empty, I can only but assume the music turned up so loud was for the staff in the kitchen. So for the next 20 minutes eating we endured the incredibly loud music until it was finally turned down. Looking for somewhere else to eat from now on.
My first time here after hearing not the best things, has completely changed my opinion. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and appropriately priced. I recommend
Absolutely awful experience!! Both my partner & daughter became extremely unwell on Friday the 12th of August with food poisoning after consuming a beef burger that caused them vomiting and diarrhoea for 48 hours!!! Both almost hospitalised with an electrolyte imbalance!!! I’m disgusted beyond words!!!
This is the 2nd Grill'd franchise I've been too and from prior experience was here under duress. However, this place is much, much better. Great atmosphere and décor - still not going to be my go to restaurant but if you like burgers - it's alright. The kids meals are pretty decent. Simple selection of drinks - non alcoholic and alcoholic. Plenty of dining option for large groups or solo diners.
