Best gluten free hamburgers!! The trio chips and dips are delicious!!! An absolute treat for me! Great service with a smile.
Ordered takeaway potato and sweet potato chips... the young guy who served me was friendly and efficient. The girl who handed me my order was also nice. The restaurant wasn't too busy, had a chilled vibe and seemed fairly clean. Overall a great experience! The chips were yummy and tasted fresh
Burger was fabulous but the sweet potato chips where soggy could have been cooked longer. Not over priced for the serving size. I even found there beers prices where bit cheaper then the pub up the road. The only thing I didn't like was the seagulls flying in and out all around the tables outside where I was sitting. They just drove me up the wall as they kept landing on my table.
Very dissappointed, with 17 AUD I would have prepared a gourmet burget at home and would have avoided the dissapointment with this poor simple burger. Is not the first time I have a bad experience at Grill'd, NEVER CIMIMG BACK, I woyld spend my money wisely somewhere else.
My wife and I had a late lunch today at The Fremantle store. The food was awesome and gave the burgers and chips a 10. To add to that the guy on the table service just topped off a perfect visit with his friendly and professional service. Certainly got the food and customer service right. It’s a10 Thank you team
Used the QR online ordering to order nearly $200 of delicious Grill'd food and drinks, but when I hit the checkout button I was met with "this restaurant is not taking online orders at this time". Probably useful information before spending twenty minutes ordering. We stayed, but c'mon guys, lift your game!Food: 5/5
Ordered a take away. Arrived at the recommended time, had to wait another 40 minutes for my burger... staff were running round like headless chickens. Seemed pretty chaotic.
Really bad customer service. First of all, it was my birthday and the staff member who served me made no special effort to make my experience special. She was not friendly and seemed unhappy to be there. Not only this, but I had a free burger coupon that had expired by a few days which I was physically unable to claim since I had been overseas for 2 months and no leniency was made for this, even though it was my birthday. I felt like the staff member did not care at all. To make my experience worse, I was given an incorrect burger which was different to what I had ordered. The staff member did not even offer to come pick it up from my table so I had to bring it back to the counter myself. Then, when I did receive the correct burger, the patty was burnt and the burger was cold. I am so disappointed at the service I received here and I can't say I will be going here again. It seems that there is no hospitality here at all.
Wague wander was lacking lettuce something fresh to balance the mayo and cheese. Went to wash hands and the toilets are disgusting nothing clean about them. I was scared I'd catch something in there. Got our burgers to go in the end. Small and pricey maybe save the rubber bands and labels and reduce the cost.
Customer service very good, my burger was great, and they cleaned the outside tables promptly after customers had left.
