Grill'd

Love their tasty Burgers especially the Melbourne burger and their sweet potato chips. Its now become our regular place for dinner or a takeaway to have at the local Frankston pier or Oliver's hill to watch the sunset.

Went to use the toilet. There was no soap to wash my hands in both cubicles. Looked like a soap dispenser was missing from the wall on the left cubicle. When I came out, there was no soap left at the sink outside the toilets. How many people are walking around with dirty hands? We were there for at least an hour and the area wasn’t attended to or cleaned during this time, but the staff seemed to have plenty of time to chat and have a laugh at the front desk. Someone needs to take a senior role there and step up the operations of the place.

Second visit. In line with Grill'd standard. Good friendly service. Napkins on the table. Good step up from this visit in June 2021: Bit below standard I found from other grill'd places I have dined out. Burger dry, not overly warm. No napkins to be found. Good setting.

The burger and egg was over cooked and the chips were pretty good. We did have a stomach ache after we ate the burger but I’m not sure if it was because it was over cooked or what; I can’t pin point it.

The team here was amazing! After I thought they’d made an error in my burger I later realised I misunderstood the menu and they made me the same burger with no issues. They were so amazing about the whole situation and wouldn’t let me pay for my error no matter how much I asked to do so! Absolutely awesome. The food was great also and the service, outstanding!

Wonderful service and amazing food couldn’t ask for anything more. Nice and friendly environment. One member of the grilld team stood out to me. Josh displayed exemplary service and was very respectful and understanding.

I only eat Grill’d once every blue moon. Paid $6 for a serving of chips that tasted like cardboard. Service was good though. Not specific to the Frankston restaurant by any means, but Grill’d is bloody expensive for what it is.

The selection of healthy burgers was good. The pricing was between $14 to $16 each,with extras costing around $1.50. The service was quick and friendly. We also bought share chips,which consisted of potato chips, sweet potato chips,and zucchini chips. Unfortunately I found the chips costing $15 wasn't worth it, as the portions wouldn't cover for a family of 4. Otherwise it's a great place to have a light meal.

Server misheard my order so was taken in two transactions. My friend and I watched our food go cold on the bar/ counter for at least 6 minutes up to 9 minutes. In that time, the table waiter chatted and stood by the food. Ample time to deliver while still hot. It would have been a sensational meal had it not been cold and as such the bread go hard on the burgers

Hands down one of my top vegan + GF burgers to date! Excellent selection and wonderfully tasting vegan burgers. I had the Vegan Garden Goodness burger + pickles with the herbed chips and it was such a treat. At one point I had to check the receipt to make sure the burger and bun were actually vegan/GF because it was THAT good. The bun was soft and not dry at all, and the patty was well seasoned. All in all, I will most certainly be back!
