A specialist Burger restaurant in a prime location. They compete with many other restaurants in the immediate area and had many customers. The food was enjoyable but I rated 2 stars for the following reasons: 1: $20 for a basic Burger and Chips no sauce was expensive compared to adjacent restaurants 2: The choice of Burgers was great but my chicken Burger had the smallest and thinnest piece of chicken. Couldn't taste it. 3: They made many mistakes and failed to deliver drinks and side orders on a simple order. 4: The service was crazy poor. More staff training would really help. Vegetarian options: Aside from the salads they have vegan Burger options to cater for a variety of tastes Kid-friendliness: Kids menu consisting of a variety of Burger and chip options
The staff at Grill'd Carousel are friendly, lively and vibrant. There's plenty of seats and the tables are cleaned often and quickly. The burgers are well made and the quality of the ingredients are good too. They only have healthy bun options which don't taste the greatest but they have a very extensive list of burger options which include the fable burgers and impossible burgers for non meat-eating folks. I love the $9 pints of Little Creatures Pale Ale.
Looking for something new and chance upon grill’d in this mall. Greeted by super friendly staff making you felt at home the moment you step into the restaurant. Ordered the Mary little lamb and wild wild west and both burger was superb! Meat patty are big fat and juicy and nice! Onion ring are real onion and nice!
Kids loved chips but don’t know why the bread was so hard. Kids dint like to eat burgers just because they used to eat soft bread
I frequent Hillary’s grill’d and love it there… but as for this franchise, I’ll let the photo do the talking. The chips were also really bad some how. Couldn’t finish burger or chips. Wont be returning.
My chicken burger was grossly undercooked and pink. If I get salmonella, I know where it’s from. They offered to remake it, I declined as I did not have an appetite for chicken anymore. Then idk if it was a joke or what but they gave me a complimentary burger with burger purchase voucher. I’m sure not all their food is bad, but mine was a good safety concern and dangerous for consumption.
Always serve consistant tasty and healthy 5 star burgers and chips. With great tasting burgers and gluten free and vegetarian options it's a great feed for my family. Recently tasted their plant based impossible burger and was blown away with the great taste and texture. Yummy
What beautiful people. Just a delight to have my last meal there before departing for Sydney. Everyone said goodbye, everyone including the chefs. Food and presentation is superb. Beautifully prepared. Your manager should be super proud of you all. You've got me hooked, hoping Sydney lives up to your standards
5 stars review mainly for the service, well done team! Food is as good as in all other Grill’d but this is probably the best one for service. It wasn’t too late, around 8pm which if you work in hospo and you run long hours shift understaffed like we all are right now, a smiling, friendly, polite and helpful service like the one we had last night is absolutely the best part of the entire experience. Well done team and thank you so much! As a vegan and gluten free person, I love being able to have options and Grill’d is absolutely one of this place where I have options. Fast service and great experience. Thank you.
The staff here are super friendly, super welcoming and very efficient… almost unheard of for a fast food restaurant! Burgers are consistently good and the place is clean. Fast service. Can’t complain.
