I’ve been to Grill’d Fairfield a handful of times now. Always great service, fresh burgers and clean restaurant. I always get the Simply Grill’d with a small side of chips & a dipping sauce. Never disappoints, hits the craving spot every time.
I don’t usually write reviews, and definitely understand that there’s a lot of pressure on hospitality staff at the moment, but I’ve received one completely burnt order from this restaurant and one completely wrong order in the last week. On top of that, my housemate received a wrong order from this restaurant today. Love Grill’d but clearly this restaurant isn’t set up to handle peak service volumes accurately at the moment.
Update: I really do like their burgers. But a business is more than their product, it’s their culture and the way they treat people. I have am sitting in my car at 10:10pm after waiting 40min for my child to finish work. They often go overtime. They didn’t give leniency for exam periods and don’t allow holidays. For $12 an hour on casual, surely their is some respect for the fact they are so young. It’s a school night after all. So even though I like their food, I can’t support a business that treats our children so poorly. Unfortunately, you have lost a loyal customer. Always reliable burgers and so easy for the kids. I like that I can grab a beer and feels almost healthy! Haha Even better, they employed my son. But he is yet to make me a burger at home so room for improvement in the training ;
Undertrained idiots. You'd think the simple job of making a burger wouldn't be too challenging but the staff at this grilled obviously can't handle the task. Tables were left dirty after we had asked for them to be cleaned. And out burgers were missing half the ingredients. On top of that the salads that did make it on the burger were ridiculously chunky and unpleasant to eat. By far the worst grilled experience I have had.
Don’t waste your money $23 for a basic burger , small sweet potatoes fries and soft drink The burger was a joke, one meat patty which didn’t even hit the sides of the bun , one piece of lettuce , one piece of tomatoe, some onions that’s it I’ve bought this one before and is usually full of the above I complained to waiter and all he did was say … oh sorry !! The sweet potatoe fries are no longer served in the black basket but a SMALL paper cup .. which is half the size as it used to be …. A absolutely bloody rip off !!
We love Grill'd Fairfield, it's our sometimes local and has never let us down. Chips always cooked well and the food is tastyFood: 5/5
Not sure how they get away with calling it "healthy burgers" maybe they have a healthy option?. Burgers are of course 100% better than Macker's, nice chips too but a lot of salt!!.Food: 3/5
This would be a one star review but I give an extra star for the staff working on New Year’s Day. Waited half an hour for a chicken salad hoping for some crisp fresh lettuce, but it was soggy brown and old. Chicken was cold, dry and inedible. The chips tasted like they’ve been sitting on the counter for 29 minutes. Spent $50 on food I can’t even eat. I tried to call six times to complain before leaving a review but no one answers, so no need to respond to this review to make it up to me. I won’t come back. Rotting lettuce
Every time I attend this Grilld, I have the same experience fails. Very slow service! Toilets stink and doors are un touchable. Clearly there is a lack of oversight and culture. Not a busy store so I don't get it?
Don’t usually leave reviews but today I received the worst looking kids burger I’ve ever seen. Had to throw it away.
