Yum, delish, special, awesome, filling, tasty, fresh and healthy! All in one burger, the Almighty! Great location near to the cinemas and Westfield shops obviously. Tempting to go everyday with great menu selections. Their charitable donations scheme is fantastic and raising money to worthwhile causes affecting the community. Go Grill'd!
An old classic! Despite all the new burger joints, as a chain Grill’d always delivers. Their chips are also a must have!
Affordable pricing. Dry burger patties. Very thick buns. Nice store set up. Customer service can improve. Heaps Mall parking.
Ordered dinner via door dash. The order was 2 superfood salad and what arrived was only black nicely burnt chicken with presumably half a lettuce, 2 thin rings of onion and beetroot. NO AVOCADO + NO NUTS + NO HERBS -pure disgrace to food. Unbelievable this is what GRILL'D serve in online orders from Parramatta location. Order schedule was between 9-10 pm. I had great food dine in at GRILL'D but Such a shame for such a brand..never having this ever again.
Sat outside the shop and enjoyed a great burger with people just drifting past between shops. I recommend the ginger beer too.Food: 5/5
Raw, dry chicken after a 30minutes wait on a single burger. Also gave me the wrong bun. Very disappointed. This is unacceptable, I might as well go to Woolies if I wanted to eat raw meat.
Always our preferred lunch or dining place but we recently ordered the salad and just note that there is no dressing in their salad except salt and pepper...... When we asked a few of the worker to provide a dressing and they came up with "olive oil"? We spoke to the manager and she said we don't have any dressing. Just a simple balsamic vinegar would have been complete. Maybe a suggestion to the owners, you guys have great dips for the chips so wouldn't be hard to come up with some special salad dressings?
For me the food at this particular place is hit and miss. We order two same burgers one was very nice where as other had stale bread and one piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato. I dont even know same burgers have so much variation in quality. I'd say toss a coin and see if you are feeling lucky before you go in.Food: 3/5
When I got to the store staff was very attentive and greeted me and explained how to do my orders using the QR code or at the counter. I wanted to have a wholemeal buns LOL was told that they didn’t have such options anyways between the low carb bun or some of the other options which where or not wholemeal. That was slightly disappointing but apart from that the burger was delicious and you could tell it was freshly made. Burger with huge and juicy and perfect for a lunch option. There was quite a bit of screaming and noise coming from the Timezone nearby which was amusing.
