Salad with impossible veggie patty $17.9 with free drinks for students. Photo attached Two burgers for the price of one deal Great tasty burgers for vegans and vegetarians Can easily order through the app and pick up in 10min Wonderful for employees with short lunch break A variety of choices but fable truffle is my favourite
Each table has a red and white baton/ stick. Red means you want the waiter to come over to your table, then the waiter flips it back to white. It's kinda silly. Grill's is what you get when you're feeling too posh for Maccers or when Hungry Jack's veggie burger tastes like .
As you can see from the photo, the place is empty inside. There were a few diners outside, but most had their meals already. A waiter gave us menu's and failed to detail their other ordering option. Attempted to order at the table, but no, that failed. We sat waiting for quite a while with one waiter walking past our table multiple times. On his third run, we called to him that we wanted to order. He didn't verbally acknowledge or look at us. We attempted twice more to get his attention and then decided to leave to find a place that actually serves their customers. [The thing with the stick on the table being white or red end up, I read in a review determines if a staff member comes over, we tried both options ... nope, we were just ignored. Also, if you are going to use this, explain it otherwise, just serve your customers.] ... We found a great Kebab place across the road and spent a nice sum, Grill'd you lost big time, ... big ...
Friendly staff , with fast delivery of food and drinks to the table, we used self service QR code . Atmosphere - Loud music , modern tasteful decor. Food- Great!! Classic cut chips and zucchini chips both seasoned well and delicious. Simon says burger flavoured well with relish and avocado , although the chicken was overcooked it was still lovely. All in all we will be back !!
Came here by myself for a birthday dinner without expecting what happened. Just served by a bloody legend with glasses and curly hair with an attitude of what a profesional and perfect customer service truly means. Asked for a wagyu bonfire. Stunned by how perfectly cooked it was. Juicy meat, crunchy bun and fresh veggs. Fries, just as incredible as just the grill’d chips are made like. Complementing with the smile of who I believe was the girly cook asking how everything was. Beauty atmosphere and lovely synchrony between the staff members. Cant wait to come back
Great food: burger & chips are always fresh, very delicious. The waiter was very friendly and outgoing that was on tonight not sure what his name is. Great place to come for a wide range of burgers. I had the chilli addict burger and it was 10/10. If you are really hungry I suggest adding an extra pattie. *Grill’d @ city centre*
The service was great but the burger was average on both my visits. The quality seems to be going downhill.
Great mix between fast food and restaurant dining. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, however, the great service and quality of food exceeded my expectations. Food came out quickly, with flavours being well balanced. Would recommend coming on a weekday to avoid extensive queue times. Well done, Grill'd!
When my 8 year old granddaughter wants a hamburger for dinner on her birthday outing, then Grilled it was. The bigger kids' size was perfect for her, as was the chips portion. In the end, she preferred my sweet potato chips. Mine was a chicken burger. Kid-friendliness: There is a small kids' menu, but it sounded like a cheeseburger. My small kid likes lettuce and tomato, but not beetroot.
Heard some hype online about this new “gamechanger” meat patty, and thought it was over yet another ‘not meat’ burger. I was pleasantly surprised to hear not only isn’t it a new ‘not meat’ option, but it’s better for the environment. Apparently they’re now feeding cattle a type of seaweed which reduces their methane output… so, still beef but better for the environment. Okay, I’ll bite. The burger did not disappoint. Same burger I’ve had previously but either they’ve perfected the cooking process or the meat in the patty makes a big difference… juicy, tender, and I swear the beef tasted “beefier”. And that was after my walk back to the office. Will most certainly be back. I need to, uh, check it wasn’t a perfect burger as a one-off.
