They've never failed me on friendly service, quality of food, quantity of chips, great prices. This is the first places I always think of when I think of amazing burgers and good times. Average place with a not so clean place… contemplated giving a 3 but food came out fast, got checked to make sure our meals were correct but just no love in the food… Also they have removed the mushroom burger off the menu :
Great Burgers from this store. Oh the sweet potatoes chips MUST TRY!!! Only thing I would say would be the cutlery. Knife on our table were quite un used and cleaned and even the table and underneath needed a good sweep and wipe. Food: 4/5
really peaceful and enjoyable dining experience when not busy! staff were super friendly and lovely to deal with. as a vego i tried the impossible burger simply grilld. it was very nice! but still struggle keeping it together because the burgers are so big but i guess thats burgers these days. cool that they made a patty so similar to meat, best one yet. overall awesome service chilled comfortable venue with couch booth type seating. edit: tried another impossible burger. they came out at different times and the lady was so apologetic she gave us free chips and dip!
The food was incredible. The service was friendly. Our food arrived hot and quick. The Kids Meal was the perfect size, and all for a relatively low price. Would always consider coming back. 5/5
Have visited a few times and its always clean and the staff are very helpful. The burgers as usual are top notch. Last time I had the HFC range burger but without the buns. They served the ingredients on a bowl which is nice. I've had this type of bowl burgers before, but first time it felt that they poured too much sauce in the bowl it had bbq and a burger sauce, which were overpowering and drenched the salad. Might be worth asking for the sauce to be provided separately The sweet potato fries were very fresh and nicely seasoned.
Literally the worst grilld I've ever been too. Took forever for our chips and drinks to arrive. And they gave us a small sparkling water instead of the Voss water I ordered. The tables were all dirty and the staff were not cleaning anything. The guy on the tills look less than happy to be here and was quite rude when we asked about our drinks
Love this restaurant. Great food, always hot and excellent customer service, especially from Alice, what an amazing person, fabulous customer service, very helpful.and welcoming. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.
Great service. My coworkers and I went today and it was absolutely great. All the food was served at the same time so no one was waiting for their food. Great burgers. No complaints
