Nice funky interior with friendly staff. The manager is usually there too and is hands on and present - nice to see. Menu items similar to other Grill'ds across town. Food came out fast and service was good.
This is my absolute favourite Grill’d store, and it’s my local - which makes it extra special. The staff are super friendly, very welcoming & genuinely cool West End people! The food is fresh, delicious and always an enjoyable experience. This store is always busy, and like many of it’s regular punters, I always walk home very happy! There are plenty of tables in store, if you want a quieter vibe, head to the seating at the back of the store, air conditioned so it’s a bit cooler.
My friend and I really like this place I think almost menus are good. Especially, beef patty is very juicy I like it

For the high price and lackluster quality I'd be burgering elsewhere. Absolutely not what Grill'd used to be. Burgers lack a good steak option for their price point. A double serve of chips to share I'd be calling a single serve. My last visit the sweet potato fries were at best slightly cooked. Definitely no crunch. Fries used to be a draw card for me but the distinct lack of special seasoning was very disappointing. Burger was good but overwhelmed with sauce.
Consistent and tasty. I find grilled can be a hit or miss based on location. But this one always serves up fresh and well presented burgers. The fries.. Well they're still grilled fries, but that can't be helped. Staff are always friendly and plenty of seating. The Uber eats line up can at times be off putting but the back room is quiet.
Friendly staff, excellent burgers although slightly pricey. And staff need to understand the food a bit better. As a chef I don't need to argue that mayonnaise is emulsified oil not cream for 15 minutes... Definitely try the new plant pattie too. Beats most real meat patties hands down.
Underwhelming. Old bun, dry burger and overall quality was not much different to McDonald's but price was much higher. Plus you have to pay extra for sauce with your chips. It wasn't 'bad' but it was not 'good' either and the price just makes it more underwhelming than if it were $5 cheaper. Seemed like really nice staff, though. Many better burger places in the area.
Chips and Tuesday was wonderful. Tuesday has original live music and there were some outstanding performers. An atmosphere of cameraderie and music appreciation. Free chips with burger purchase was nice too! Always love their food and they've friendly competent staff.
