Food is good - it’s a Grill’d. Had some issues with using offers in the app and when our beers came out they tasted watery. Service was good, however, and they tried to make up for what could have been a much sourer dining experience.
My wife and I enjoyed going to Grill'd especially after an afternoon or morning run at Mt Coot-tha. We've dined at a few Grill'd around Brisbane some unnamed ones with absolutely dreadful service, but this one here was BY FAR the best. Always on time, always EXACTLY what we ordered, and never disappointed. Definitely the best.
Burgers took longer than usual to arrive for takeaway, but really appreciated the attentive staff who noticed we had been waiting a while and chased it up for us without prompting. The impossible garden goodness is a sure winner.
We came for lunch and couldn't be more happy. Massive meals for a good price and the outdoor seating was just what we needed after a morning of being in the office.Food: 5/5
Food was nice & what made the experience deserves a shout out for 'Phoebe' who looked after us yesterday. I popped up to visit a friend and dropped in for a drink n meal. When Phoebe checked how were we're going I conveyed a minor issue which she acknowledged & took on board offering her apology. Shortly after she returned and, had already taken it upon herself to compensate us for this minor mishap. Impressive customer service, clearly conscientious & friendly. Made the want for a return visit. Bravo Phoebe
The burgers are relatively good. We used to come here often but we had one experience which made us rethink coming here as the we had to wait almost an hour for 4 burgers and two sides of chips and they came cold as well. We where disappointed with this experience and one of the lovely staff members gave us our money back and a free burger card. We have come here a few times after but for lunch and the service was a lot quicker. Overall great burgers but would not recommend coming during busy times as service can take time.

They really are the healthy burgers! I go to Grill’d Roslaie at least once a week, staff is always so welcoming and I’ve never had a bad experience. Even got to have a burger with the owner one time, Jason!
Consistently good burgers and chips, staff are always friendly and quick service!
Ordered a phone order. Picked it up and took it home to find one of my burgers with nothing but lettuce in it. No meat, only lettuce. Called up to get them to deliver me a new burger and they refused. Best they could give me a voucher for the burger I have already payed for. So nothing. Thanks very much. Useless.
