ordered a Dynamic Cheeseburger and a Zorba the Sheep with traditional buns, but they arrived on panini instead. When I told staff the order was wrong, I was told they don’t have traditional buns.nnThat’s fine if you’re out of stock—but you should inform customers in advance especially for online orders rather than substituting without asking.nnAlso, the order was scheduled for 08:35 and arrived about 10 minutes late.
This is easily one of the best Grill'd branches in Melbourne, and you should trust me on that, I love Grill'd! In contrast, the worst ones I've experienced so far are the Yarraville branch, followed by Southbank.nThe atmosphere at this location was great, and the quality of the burgers was amazing. Definitely go there
1/9/25nVisited again today and I'm absolutely delighted with their custom menu. The scope is enormous. I chose the super salad, removed chicken and replaced it with wagu pattie, added more salad, goats cheese, sour cream, lime and extra onion. It was amazing. See for yourself. If you are on low carb, grass-fed clean food this is your place to go. Not to mention the consistently friendly staff. What a winner! Thank you.nnBrilliant healthy menu. I chose the low carb bread. It was a bit crumbly for the burger I chose so I will get a burger with less filling next time. Everything is super fresh. Clean spacious sun filled environment. Friendly welcoming staff. Super discovery for my preference for clean food. Look forward to try the salad next visit. This will be my place of choice for casual dining. Yay.
Not even sure I can give it 1 star. Came into your restaurant to get the Chipotle burger with NO changes. I open the burger and there’s only chicken and sauce nothing else. After reluctantly eating half the burger I notice it just doesn’t taste right. I look at the burger and notice that it’s RAW! I’m disappointed in the quality of the food and scared for the thought of how sick I’ll be after eating raw chicken.
Had lunch here today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There’s ample parking right in front of the store, which is super convenient. The restaurant itself is larger compared to other branches, providing plenty of space to dine comfortably. Additionally, the toilet was spotless, which is always a plus.nnOverall, a great experience—will definitely be back!
