Had lunch here today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There’s ample parking right in front of the store, which is super convenient. The restaurant itself is larger compared to other branches, providing plenty of space to dine comfortably. Additionally, the toilet was spotless, which is always a plus.nnOverall, a great experience—will definitely be back!
The service we received at lunchtime today was exceptional. The cashier taking my order was polite, friendly, and thorough in taking and repeating my order. The food was delicious My only comment is that the chicken in my salad was slightly warm when I expected it to be cold. That may be because I ate the hotter food first. Overall a very positive experience and I would be more than happy to dine here again and recommend to others.
Big fan of Grill'd. Was in the area and popped in with the family.nEven though the area felt quiet this place was busy. And as always, great burgers, chips, dips and salads.nConsistently good no matter where I go.
I had a quick stopover and a late lunch at Grill in Heatherton on Thursday 03.09.24 at approximately 3:00pm. The food was great, and the chips were as good as they’ve always been. However, the service was appalling. There were two young girls at the front register wearing checked headbands, more focused on gossiping than helping customers. The shorter one, in particular, was abrupt and rude, showing little interest in the customers. She almost threw the food at our table. I’m not sure how they manage to keep their job with that attitude.
We tried the veg burger and zucchini fries at Grill Haterton. The taste was absolutely delicious! The burger, though a bit messy to eat, was incredibly flavorful. The zucchini fries were crispy and well-seasoned. However, considering the pricing, we found the prices to be on the higher side.
