My family and I visited for dinner one late afternoon and we were absolutely blown away by how friendly and helpful Dillon or Dylan? was. He made our experience a great one. We visit Grill’d often but we’ve never experienced service like what Dillon provided- so here’s a shout out to him
The mighty Melbourne was one of the best burgers I've ever tasted!.. & whoever came up with the herb seasoning on the chips is a bloody legend. Had some issues ordering via the app & claiming our free chips but the manager eventually sorted it out.nLoved it.. I wish we had Grill'd in New Zealand!
Definitely one of the better Grill’d restaurants going around! Dined here at lunchtime on a Saturday and it was relatively quiet.nnLots of natural light and high ceilings make for an airy but warm atmosphere. A number of different seating options, including picnic bench style, long cushioned benches, and standard tables. There is also a kids play area with tables nearby so parents can supervise and eat simultaneously. That said, the playground is a bit small and the “slide was sticky” according to 5 y/o.nnFood was as you would expect from Grill’d - fresh and well presented. I had the Healthy Fried Chicken BLAT option which was satisfying - make sure you add the cheese to top this one off! 5 y/o had the mini chicken kids burger which was pretty dry as it always is at any Grill’d I have been to.nnThis Grill’d is Conveniently located right next to Eltham station, but has limited dedicated parking, So it’s likely you’ll need to use the station car park which is relatively empty on the weekends.nnNo doubt we will be back.
Grill’d Eltham was a real surprise package! It’s conveniently located near Eltham train station, with plenty of parking available.nnWe dined in for dinner around 7pm and were immediately greeted at the door by friendly, enthusiastic staff, before taking a seat at a clean, well presented table.nnThe ordering system was super easy and straight forward. We ordered using the QR code on the table, but you can download the Grill’d App and order that way.nnUpon ordering, we were immediately provided with an estimated time our food would be ready and within minutes our drinks were delivered by friendly table staff.nnThe restaurant was busy, but our meals arrived in less than 10 minutes, which was super impressive.nnThe zucchini and sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and crunchy and our healthy grilled lamb burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked and ultra tasty!nnThe venue itself is huge, with a sensational play area for the kids and cool supervision area for parents.nnFor a healthy burger chain, Grill’d is hard to beat and represents great value for money.
