Since moved to the area, we had few times Grill’d at Casey. We always love the sweet potato and always order it each time, but it came out this colour and tasteless all the time. I never seen fresh seen potato at Casey store.nToday I totally feel let down. I had Grill’d in many different suburbs. Casey is definitely the worst …please improve yourself. Don’t ruined the brand.
Review for Grill’d Casey RestaurantnnI had a very disappointing experience at Grill’d Casey. While the food itself was decent, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed to have no idea how to talk to customers. Their attitude completely ruined the dining experience, and it’s a shame because other Grill’d restaurants usually maintain much better standards.nnThis location is giving the Grill’d chain a bad reputation and making customers think twice about coming back. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.
Good food, my burgers were cold but they fixed it right away. Tasty, good flavour.nService was good. Only thing I have to say is that there was no cutlery or serviettes on most of the tables.
Absolutely terrible experience!nWe specifically asked about wait time before ordering, and we were told a MAXIMUM of 15 minutes wait for our takeaway order..... 40 minutes and 3 enquiries later, we were provided with our order only to find the driest beef patties, eggs like rubber, and cold food we've ever had!nWe will not be back! Very unimpressed!
Rather ironic that a poster on the door advises they have the hottest tastiest chips ever.....ours were not even warm, nevermind hot. The buger my husband ordered was also cold. As were the onion rings we shared. The only hot item was the chicken nugget type things, I guess that compensated for them being overcooked and dry, a little. All this for just under $82??? For 2 adults and 1 teenager, with no alcohol. I am a little annoyed to say the least. Will not be back, I have better ways of spending $80, for just s bit more I can get a much nicer bistro meal for the family in a nicer environment where music isn't so loud you can eat least here your companions conversation! Or I will just wait till I get home and make something myself, for a couple of days with $80!
