Absolutely appalling!!! I ordered this meal via uber eats and for $80 with missing items and burnt food not to mention half chips?? What on earth is going on?? My bag was sealed and handed over warm from the driver nothing to do with him this is all on the store. I cannot leave to drive down and complain in person as I’m working hence the uber order. I’m honestly shocked at how disappointing this order was. The food arrived completely burnt not just overcooked, but actually inedible. On top of that, several items I paid for were missing altogether. For the price, this is unacceptable. There was zero care in preparation and even less attention to the order. I ended up having to throw most of it out and still didn’t receive everything I ordered. Definitely not ordering from here again and your loss as I was a loyal in person customer.
First time and tried a mustard pickles burger. Low carb bun, tastes ok i need it i have diabetes, but nothing special. Lookz very odd like a pancake! It looks more like its low carb simple because its a tiny amount of bread. You are far better off with a low GI multigrain from coles or bakers delight as they taste way better. Not worth coming back, but ok
I’ve dined three times here, every time the chicken nuggets whatever they call themnhave always been served overcooked, and dry obviously . the first time I let it go, the second time I complained to the person in charge and I swiftly got a refund. The third and last time same thing happened. And now I’m posting it , seriously guys I go to the Northland store and they are perfectly cooked…….. as per other reviews they love to overcook your food and do nothing about it after numerous reviews and complaints…
Grill’d Bundoora is one of my favourite spots whenever I’m craving a delicious, freshly made burger. The quality of the ingredients really stands out you can tell everything is prepared with care, from the juicy patties to the crisp vegetables. I also really appreciate that they offer a great range of healthier options, including low carb buns and plant-based alternatives, which makes it easy for anyone to find something they’ll love.nThe atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or grabbing a relaxed meal. The staff are always polite, friendly, and efficient I’ve never had to wait long for my food. I also love that they support local charities through their donation jars but they didn't gave us any this time, I'm not sure why!nIf you’re in the Bundoora area and looking for a tasty, satisfying meal with good vibes and great service, I highly recommend checking this place out
Had takeaway yesterday. 4 out of 6 snack sliders so badly burnt. Very disappointing. Have ordered from other Grilld stores and never had the beef patties burnt. Shouldnt have given these to customers. Could have made fresh properly cooked ones instead.
