In short - this was the first time I've ever gone to get waxing done professionally, it absolutely won't be my last time.  To go a bit more in depth about my experience:  I did a simple google search, this was the first place to pop up. I read some of the excellent reviews and decided to give it a shot.  Brett's customer service was outstanding to say the least, our text conversation spanned multiple days and not once was I made to feel like any of my questions were out of place.  When I arrived, I was greeted by a professional, clean, and respectful person who was very happy to discuss the treatment process with me in order to fully understand what I was looking to achieve.  Despite Brett's concerns about the length of my hair being potentially too short for the process to work properly, I was very pleased with the results. At a rough estimate about 80%-90% of the hair in the targeted areas was successfully removed quickly and efficiently.  During the process Brett made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and was very happy to listen and engage with ramblings, the discussion flow was natural, helping to increase the feelings of being relaxed and at ease. Once again Brett is a master of customer service and engagement, im overwhelmingly impressed. Moreover, in my admittedly limited waxing experience diy at home kits I have found it annoying and difficult to leave the skin without much wax to speak of remaining on the skin afterwards, once I got home and managed to give myself a good look in the mirror this is certainly not the case here, Brett did an outstanding job of removing any remaining wax during the process. I think there might have been one or two small specs left, but nothing that's going to leave my clothes sticking to my body while I'm going about my routine.  To conclude, this is one of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time, any issues with the treatment were of my own doing got a bit impatient and didn't want to wait any longer to allow the hair to grow out, and so I will most certainly be returning. Had a full body massage and Facial with Brett today...Outcome: AMAZING!!!  BEST massage and facial I have ever had after a long time.
