Oh yes I will write a review. I am extremely angry today to find out my solicitor who is now been finalised by myself has not attended to rates and water rates given to him to pay way back late last year and this year. Needless to say I have been charged late fees. I employed a solicitor from this company to execute my late mothers will. It was an uncontested will. Time dragged on, twice as it was not properly prepared the first time I have been charged for Probate. My original quote has been raised 3 times in $5000.00 increments. I refused the last raise of the quote. Hence I finished with this solicitor and had to finalise my mothers will myself. Monies were also taken out of the trust account to pay his expenses. I have been charged to ring him, email him, and he also charges me to ring and email back. I have been also charged for other persons who have rung, written in on behalf of this will. Many of my phone calls were not returned for about 3 days. This company ran with my instructions taking over and running with the Will themselves. Expensive charges for everything. I also asked to speak to the owner of the business but the solicitor contacted me and dealt with my issues so not getting the satisfaction of venting my building frustration and anger at a time when I was grieving for my mother's death. I WILL NEVER recommend nor use this company again. It used to be good and consider its clients, with fair prices and did not charge for client to ring or email, it had values. Now it has lost the old fashioned service and is all about making money!!
