The worst service ever! The bus was 3 hours delayed. I lost my bus connection to my last destination which was with them as well and they didn’t want to do anything about it to help. They rescheduled me for the next day but didn’t pay for any accommodation or food at all. I lost an activity I have paid on my final destination due to the late arrival and they didn’t respond for any of that either. They just don’t care. Will never use this terrible services again.
The stop itself is clean but the toilets are grotty no soap and only 2 taps work, there's a lovely little coffee shop Pardon's within a minutes walk of the stop, it is located close to the main street of Noosa.nnIt is at the urban bus terminal, so you don't have to go too far to catch a bus.
It's a stop for the passengers going to and from Noosa. There are shuttles to some hostels.nnOthers continuing on, you better run your splash and dash in the bathroom. Drivers can't wait.nnAlso fill up your water bottle as not all greyhound buses have working water dispenser unfortunately.
Friendly professional service. Will definitely recommend and will use them again.
Clean tidy definitely well patroised, well cared for. Really handy too
