I took a bus to mt isa which was a very long drive from Brisbane. The drivers were friendly and helpful and we had more then enough stops for meal breaks and to stretch our legs. The bus was clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant experience. Thank you
Created an account just to leave this review. Booked a bus from Bundaberg to Toowoomba, and I was told I would arrive at Roma Street, Brisbane, and then connect to another service to take me to Toowoomba. The bus to Brisbane arrived late which was avoidable and, as a result, the connecting bus left without me. Tried to discuss the issue with a lady behind the counter and she was dismissive. Gave me a number to call but it was pointless. So, now I’m stranded in Brisbane for hours and this company couldn’t care less. 0/10, would not recommend. Better off going with their competitor, Murray’s.
Easy to handl and a really good way to go with! When you stay long in australia thake the ticket like me for 45 days or more or less because you can go up and down when ever you like to. It is easy to book your tripp on your own and the bus drivers always nice to you and help you to go there where you lile to or to reach the hotel/hostel. If you take the night bus you have enough space and recharge points on your seat for usb. You also meet many people who go to the same place and make the same thi ks like you to have an nice tripp togheter.
Bus from Brisbane to Toowoomba made an unscheduled stop in Gatton no mention of this in the ticket or booking online. And no mention in the terms and conditions. Bus left Brisbane late and arrived in Toowoomba 35 minutes later than scheduled. Just go with Murrays
We had a great trip and our driver Brendan was wonderful.
Nice for backpackers and students.. affordable and comfortable. Took several trips with them and mostly the driver are so friendly and occasionally made the passenger feel welcome in this country. One missing star is for the extra charge of the surfboard I had when I was still at uni with no car and regularly travel to Lennox Head and Byron Bay.
They were great. Got my grandson to me safe and happy.
Service itself is good although tighter rules need to be introduced to avoid multiple people on phones and general discourtisy with noise especially at night when some people have been picked up from Cairns and people board at another town further on and cause excessive noise problems while other passengers were trying to sleep!! Driver take charge may be an option! Greyhound still the best distance bus service even though we won't get on one again.
Such a good way of traveling from one city to the other! I enjoyed every rode on the greyhound because of all the friendly bus drivers! Some of them were joking all the time, some just gave us some good information about places but all of them were just nice and seemed to have fun in their jobs! Please do not hesitate to book a ticket with the greyhound!
Drivers are all really friendly and trip from Byron to Brisbane was quick and trouble-free! I enjoy travelling with this company. However.. we were at the bus stop when a different bus to Brisbane via Gold Coast was leaving think it was the dog father bus and I thought the driver was actually pretty rude to the passengers. A shame as all the other ones I have come across have been lovely and friendly
