I saw Lester about ongoing hip pain last month. I felt he did a comprehensive assessment of my movement and flexibility and gave me a clear and easy to understand explanation of the underlying issue causing the pain. He gave me a range of static and moving stretches to help rectify the problem; these are slowly resolving a longstanding issue. He made sure I understood how to do them, and modified one of them that I was finding too awkward to do. I did need to prompt him to write them down for me, but he was very happy to do this when I asked. I found him professional and caring and thought the cost very reasonable.

The service attitude is very poor, want to ask him a few questions about the method of physical therapy he said no time to answer!

Cannot recommend highly enough.
