Initially a bad experience, however their field staff completely rectified the issue swiftly. I appreciate Gregory Jewellers as a customer centric organisation. Great work Danielle!

Buy goods in this shop it means you get yourself in trouble and treat with rudeness from headquarter, Area manager, shop manager and shop assistant. The shop policy is no refund even the selling products had major failure. I will never and ever buy anything again. It will my first time and last.

Fantastic service ( by John), the store is in impeccable condition. Beautiful unique pieces of great quality jewelry that are actually quite durable.. free cleaning anytime you want ... what more can a woman want!  Thank you Simon for helping me re-create my old Gregory white gold diamond ring by adding a oval shaped topaz... it's magnificent!
