Huge thank you to Greenwood Hotel for hosting my book launch event last night for a rousing crowd of around 150 people. The Chapel was the perfect venue for my historical novel, THE STORY THIEF, inspired by Henry Lawson who certainly did his fair share of drinking in North Sydney pubs!. The Greenwood's Events Coordinator, Mel, was an absolute pleasure to work with and everything went off beautifully, from the drink tokens on arrival and room set up to the food itself, including GF and vegan options to cater to some of my guests' preferences. Highly recommend the Greenwood as a reasonably priced yet upscale function option.
This pub has a great atmosphere. The two beer gardens are large. You’ll love the big screen TV in the main beer garden. Food is great. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The pub is located across the road from the North Sydney train station - there’s a handy escalator that can transport you into the shopping centre which links to the train station.
Best place to have a party, enjoy drinks and food with friends and family in North Sydney. You can sit inside or outside, It has an awesome ambience and lively atmosphere. There is a variety of snacks you can enjoy. It is a good place for arranging a party for the office crowd. The staff is very courteous & their service is also good.
Went to this hotel last week. It was rainy on that day so couldn’t able to sit outside. Since it is bit congested due to rain. Service is good. Different types of beer and wine served here. They are serving stuff like pizza , fish . Chicken and pork. Overall we had good time here along with buddies. Did not take inside photos due to huge crowd and not to disturb their private life.
Fantastic joint in North Sydney... Right above the Greenwood plaza. Best place to chill after your regular work day, great selection of beers, and nibbles. A pretty big joint got like two massive indoor sections and two outdoor sections.
