Terrible reception attitude ignore the patient who lost finger and poker faced just let patient bleeding, the patient is front of us ask us to go first, the reception not happy with that??? Took long time to tell us how much cost and sign the document, after all that just sit and wait, patient was bleeding a lot, and no one doing anything or take any further action. Before we transfer from other hospital, made the phone call and was told we could see doctor sooner. Finally we have to go back to the other hospital to get help with bleeding
I had an amazing experience here twice in 48 hours I loved it so much. The nurses were amazing. Dr Rohan is kind, skilled and resourceful. If you could choose which doctor to have by your bedside as you lay dying though it obviously didn't happen to me it would be Dr Rohan.
I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at the emergency services. The receptionist went above and beyond to find my lost Apple Watch, showcasing remarkable attentiveness and dedication. Their efforts made a significant impact on my experience, and I highly commend the hospital for its outstanding staff and service. I forgot to ask her name, but she was at front desk on 09/11 at 8pm. She surely deserves a recognition as an outstanding employee!
I was here post-surgery as I had severe pain. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, they quickly cater to your needs. I had severe pain and the nurse was quick to help me to a bed, organise pain killers.nnThe doctor that saw me, Dr Edmund Kang was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. He understood the procedure I had, and quickly organised a plan with a urological surgeon. He then went out of his way to write a referral and ensure I could get an appointment within the following week.nnHighly recommend!
After an awful experience at another public hospital where I was sent home still in agony because they were too busy and couldn’t do the required imaging, I presented to Greenslopes Private Emergency in hope of better treatment and they were nothing short of amazing! Staff were friendly and efficient, I was seen and triaged very quickly, assessed by a doctor and provided pain relief within half an hour and ultimately admitted to Greenslopes Private Hospital for surgery. I don’t have a huge amount of experience with hospitals but I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommended Greenslopes Private Emergency if you have an acute emergency that requires treatment quickly.
