Well tonight Wednesday about 18 of us come for dinner in the bistro pre booked. Was told when I ordered my meal for myself and partner it will be 30min im ok with that..But 90 min later still waiting so cancelled our meal and got money refunded. I must point out the staff on the floor I have no issues with they where great and friendly. This post is aimed at the upper managment I did speak to the duty manager and he was very understanding and great to.Only a few got there meals most cancelled. My partner who works long days being up at 5am for work needed to drive 30 to home and then to cook something for dinner.So Greensborough RSL im done with you and I just hope what happened tonight is not your normal way of doing things.
Food was nice but fish batter was soggy not crispy. The new tables are too close together and sun beams into faces of patrons sitting facing the window and blinds can’t be lowered apparently.. not keen on going back there.. only due to this as staff are lovely! Needs a few minor adjustments to new set out.
We had a great dinner at Greensborough RSL on Saturday night. The food was excellent — fresh, generous portions, a very good selection, and reasonably priced. Service was prompt and friendly. The recent renovations have really lifted the ambience, making it a warm and welcoming place to dine. Highly recommend!
Good selection as per normal RSL food range. Nice ambience. Quiet.
Our social night out ruined, majority of meals not turning up after an hour and a half wait and had to ask for refunds. Last people who ordered received first and of the very few 50% were over cooked very ordinary. Venue is off future list
