Great service and care. Had an emergency yesterday, I was able to see the nurse and doctor within few minutes. Blood test and ultrasound within a hour under the same room. This avoided a trip to hospital and long wait over there. Thank you Greens Medicals team, you guys are amazing. Keep up the good work.
If there is zero star button that well deserved for this centre. I booked appointment with Dr Shaukat for mental health care which listed in their services. But then I got female indian doctor named Ayesha. She was rude. Keep talked about they only serve for urgency cases not mental health. But then why your website showed mental health is part of your service??? Worse ever experience. I will not recommend this centre unless you wanna get humiliated by the female indian doctor. I don’t know why you should be rude. Is that the attitude of the doctor?? It was shame on you. Never ever come to this centre.

I walked in yesterday with a cast on my arm as it was too loose and had my x rays and report with me, in my luck I had this doctor that shouldn’t be a doctor in the first place not even looking at the problem or even at the report , telling me must go back to the emergency department at monash to fix it she doesn’t want to have the responsibility of fixing the issue.I told her if i go there it is a 10 hour wait was told that was not her problem.nCalled my GP and can give you his details if you wish, he fixed it within 10 minutes.nAs for your reply that you take things seriously, you give same answer to all of the negative reviews, if you would take it seriously you would take a closer look at your staff and obviously you don’t do so as the negative comments still piling up
Couldn't have had a better experience. Took my son in with a footy injury just after 9pm on Tuesday 20th August. Was quickly attended to by the receptionist I'm sorry, I didn't get her name, but she was awesome. X-ray was closed but she quickly got the nurse David to look. On first impressions he said my sons finger was broken. He spoke to the Dr, got an x-ray form done and a referral sorted and said to come back the next morning for the x-ray and while we were there he'd get us an appt with the specialists we had been referred to. David was working the following morning and true to his word he got us in to see the specialist the same day. I cannot fault the service we got. We'll worth the 40 minute drive from home!
