We had to bring our son here after a head injury on a Sunday afternoon, and were referred from Monash Dandenong ED to Greens Medical Group Urgent Care. Even though it was after hours, the staff were so courteous, caring, and reassuring. They saw him quickly, treated the wound with great care, glued it, and thankfully we were able to take him home the same day. As a parent, it was such a relief to know he was in good hands. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown — highly recommend their services.
The only thing urgent about this clinic is the diagnosis made, albeit incorrect. I have never experience a doctor perform such a poor examination on my child, which led to an incorrect diagnosis, missed other ailments and prescribed antibiotics that were not necessarily needed. We visited this clinic to avoid the hospital, however ended up at ED the following day. I would not recommend anyone here - unless you want a basic prescription for your knowingly pre diagnosed ailment. As soon as the Nurse and Doctor chose to ignore our greetings and not offer a simple “yellow”’in return, I knew we were in for the above. Shame - Victorians deserve better.
I visited Green Medical Group today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Susan Schoeman was professional and attentive. There was also another doctor in a pink gown who was very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Dilshad for the great service — truly appreciated! Highly recommend this team!
I have experiences with Dr. Javed and Dr. Basir They are both very professional, but very caring.They definitely go out of their way for their Patiences. Dr. Javed stayed overtime just to make sure that I was understanding of my results. I have never had A doctor so personally involved And actually caring this great.
All the staff working tonight were fantastic. Despite being the last patient there tonight and my daughter panicking about having her eye checked, meaning the consult ended up taking much longer than it normally would have, the Dr was incredibly patient and worked with her. Nurse and reception were also friendly and helpful at all times. Thankyou all.
