I have just successfully completed a land purchase and used Greenhalgh Pickard Solicitors & Accountants for settlement.
My solicitor, Sarah was professional, efficient and informative throughout the whole process. 
Sarah dealt with multiple account representative changes from my bank, and always kept me up to date with progress details.

We used Greenhalgh Pickard Solicitors when purchasing our first block of land. Sarah and Harry made it so easy. I had so many questions as I had no idea of the process but they answered all of them quickly and in a way I could understand. Would recommend to use these guys if you are purchasing land. Our experience was great!

I just brought my first property and used Greenhalgh pickled as my representative. All communications were done over the phone and through email as I have a busy schedule so that worked best for me. Sarah was amazing she talked me through everything so I understood the process and I could ring her anytime without a doubt she was available to help me with any queries or concerns I had.
