Both my fur babies comes here, with the elderly one having been a regular here for all her 16 years, and now we're coming to that part of her life where the care she been getting have highlighted even more so how genuine and authentic the team here are. I took my wounded cat to Greencross this week and was extremely impressed by the attention and care given. All the staff were helpful and professional. I found the cost more reasonable than other clinics I have attended over the years. And I am very satisfied to see my little Minx recovering quickly. I highly recommend this practice. The vets at Green cross are so caring and thorough. We always appreciate the service and wouldn't take out dog anywhere else. That's a big statement considering how complex Bulldogs can be too.
Collected our dog’s ashes today from Sandringham today and in the bag was a card with beautiful sentiment, hair cuttings and paw prints. Have used this Vet for over 20 years now and would highly recommend the staff and services provided.
I called Greencross Vets Sandringham and was able to get seen asap. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when my girl Angel had an infection. They found the issue quickly and were able to find an efficient way to get my baby back to full health. Bruno also doesnt mind going as well which is rare so, Thanks to the whole team here at Greencross and keep up the good work!
A nurse called me to confirm an appointment, was very abrupt then claimed the phone line was breaking up when she heard me say that I was trying to get in touch with a particular vet and then immediately hung up on me. Nice.
Recently I had to say goodbye to my eldest fur baby Lilly who passed away , she was 21 years old and my best fur friend. I am devastated by this I rang Greencross vets to let them know and they were very supportive. Yesterday I received a card of sympathy from them with a little packet of seeds of forget me nots that I can plant for her, I was really touched by this and I would highly recommend this practice for all creatures great and small. If you want vets who really care Greencross vets are fantastic especially when you lose a trusted friend and family member.

Vets and nurses were very helpful with my dog who was having issues with his eye. They did a very thorough assessment of his eye but were also humble to acknowledge he needed to see a eye specialist rather than just send us away with more drops. The vet took the time to call the specialist with me there as I couldn’t get an appointment with them for a week. She rang and said they needed to see him ASAP as was an emergency and got him in that day.
I recently have become a mother to my first fur-baby Fred! To organise a check up for Fred I contacted Greencross Vet's, from the minute the phone was answered by beautiful Erin, I instantly felt the love and the care that was on the other side of the phone. Today I was overwhelmed by bringing Fred in for his procedure, Erin provided comfort and her caring nature made me feel better. Towards Fred, they treated him like he was their own! He absolutely loved the attention, the cuddles and the food! Cannot thank everyone at Greencross enough!
