I could not recommend this place enough!! The team at Greencross  Preston is extremely passionate and great at their jobs! My dog Chancho  has never felt so comfortable going to see its veterinarian : Cara is by far the best veterinarian of Australia and she is doing a tremendous job managing the place !!

green-cross vets are one of the best, i can not recommend them enough. i recently took my dog in for a checkup and update his vaccinations the vet was super friendly and understood that i have a limited budget

We've taken our kitten to Greencross Vets Preston twice. The first appointment with Dr. Cara was a very positive experience as we felt like she cared for our kitten and that she is so friendly and professional.  The second appointment was for the final kitten vaccination, and a different vet attended to our kitten. We felt like she wanted it done quickly and the routine check-up was not thorough. To make it worse, our kitten had an allergic reaction on the way back home and we called them only to be put on hold for several minutes while our pet was struggling to breathe. The receptionist was definitely unenthusiastic about her answers and didn't provide any information about what we can do afterhours in case of an emergency.  We then went to a different Greencross Vets branch nearby and they were able to make our kitten stable and gave us a whole heap of information about what to do in an emergency and whom to call.  Update: Dr Cara called us back to check up on our kitten to ensure she is okay and scheduled a courtesy appointment for us as well.  Make sure you book your appointment with Dr Cara and you will have no problems at all because she is such a lovely person and an experienced vet who loves pets.

Very poor. Didn’t even want to assist my dog in pain. Terrible compassion, would NOT recommend for anyone who loves their pet.

Amazing experience with Dr Cara. She was so lovely and kind; she provided me with all the information I needed post-appt and made me feel comfortable enough to ask as many questions as I needed, and she was very helpful! She was very sweet with my cat too. Another thanks to the staff, Hannah, for also being super nice and understanding too. Thank you Greencross Preston. Highly recommended :-

The vet we saw was caring and attentive, listening to my concerns and helping us form a care plan for the health issues we came in for. My dogs can be a handful, and she was patient and understanding when it took a while to get their vitals due to their excitement and refusal to hold still.

I was very happy with Greencross Preston on my last visit. My dog was in a lot of pain and they were able to examine her right away. The vet was very nice and talked me though treatment.  The other staff were very nice and showed genuine care for my dog.  After a day as an inpatient my dog was much improved and continued to make a rapid and full recovery.

Excellent service, very timely and comprehensive
