My French Bulldog and I have been coming here for a few years now and Mei is our usual vet - we have also seen Sanduni.nEveryone from the vets to the clinic staff / reception are so lovely and welcoming.nnHonest opinions are always given with many different options to help alleviate costs without judgement.nnWe are very lucky to have such kind people look after us.n
I am so appreciative of the team at North Parramatta. I needed to get in urgently for my puppy to be checked after an incident where he was hurt and they made sure i was seen, and spent extra time with us and even gifted him some toys since we were away from home. SO much kindness and care from a really professional team!
Love this Vet. Best I've been too & happy to drive 30 minutes to get there even with other vets 5 min away! They are kind & patient with our dog. Gladly answer our questions. Reception staff nice & friendly too. Thr place is clean as well.

Don’t take your pets here!nRang to get my pets medications, at my last Vets I could just walk in and get their meds. I rang to see what the process was as this was a new vet, I was told they would be dispensed and some one would call me that day or the next day Thursday, I told them I didn’t have enough medication to get through the weekend. No one called by lunch time the next day, so I called again I was told the vets were busy but the medications would be dispensed that afternoon or the next morning and someone would call me. Again no one called, so 1pm on Saturday I called to find out again about the medications, only to be told that the anti epileptic medication my dog needed was not on site and had to be ordered in and wouldn’t be in until early the next week. Why wasn’t I told this on Thursday so I could make other arrangements, instead of me having to call 3 times to follow up. So I’m left on a Saturday afternoon to call local vets to trying and find the medications. Absolutely disgusting!!. These are life saving meds that my dog needs.nLuckily the lovely staff at another vet clinic understood the urgency of dispensing these and was able to to give the meds I needed.nI will NEVER go to Greencross again and urge all pets owners not to use this clinic.
