I have a dog that is very reactive to other animals, so taking her to the vet was a stressful experience for us both. I rang ahead and explained the situation and the nurse arranged for us to come in when the waiting room was empty, and to go straight into a treatment room. The vet was friendly and explained the treatment well, including providing me with treatment options and the cost of them so that I could make an informed choice. I opted for trying to treat the injury at home first before trying surgery, and thankfully my dog’s paw fully healed. It was $350 for a general check up, pain killers, antibacterial solution for the wound and an Elizabethan collar, and we were let out the back door to avoid the other animals. Absolutely no complaints, thanks for looking after Marla.
Amazing, they are so friendly, offer good personal advice and really seem to understand the animals and want to help them, some vets are more about "it's just a job" than the animals but this team actually cares which makes the difference
We saw two different vets here Dr Anna and Dr Cindy, who were both amazing - very informative but also very caring and excellent with our dog. Dr Cindy went out of her way to get answers for our dogs issues, and gave us all the time in the world to explain everything. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our boy, and Dr Cindy was so kind to call and pass on her condolences. Would absolutely recommend.
I am not a regular customer of this clinic, however my cat died and the normal vet was going to be busy for several days and I wanted to arrange to get her body disposed of properly. The staff member who helped me, both on the phone and when we bought the cat in, was incredibly kind and compassionate and made it very easy to take care of this not so pleasant task. If I am ever an animal owner again in the future I will definitely come back here for care.
The staff a extremely friendly and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of all animals. My dog loves coming here as she gets spoilt with pat's and treats. They were also very accommodating when she needed emergency surgery.
We usually went to Cannon Hill but couldn't get an appointment. Our dog really enjoyed meeting the vet here, so we will be changing to this clinic. We have a Pets Plus plan which provides unlimited free visits and other benefits, which reduces the overall cost each year.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Joined the Healthy Pet Plan #healthypetplan as I have senior dogs and gives me options for their care. Booked 1 of my girls in for some dental work and with the plan I get $200 off.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get an appointment and their hours are so friendly for working families. There is sufficient car parking and pricing is comparable to other veterinarian practices. We are delighted to have found them and will certainly return with our 4 legged friend again.
Been good so far dogs seem to like them they are always nice and friendly
