It's a great school with amazing staff. There's good and bad in every school. Kids' behaviour is an issue sydney wide, not here. The school does a lot to help students deal with their emotions to improve behaviour, but there is only so much they can do.nThroughout the year, my kids have had amazing teachers. They are always available for a chat and keep me updated with my kid' progress. I'm always informed of any incident, and teachers follow up to resolve any issues.
I am deeply disappointed by the persistent racism displayed by some teachers at Greenacre Public School. Instances of racial slurs and unequal treatment have created a hostile environment for certain students. This is unacceptable. I do not want to name certain teachers just yet, however it is crucial that they learn how to understand students and create a more inclusive environment so students are not scared to go to school. Students look up to them as role models and they do not deserve to be treated the way they are at this school. The administration must take immediate action to investigate, hold those responsible accountable, and provide comprehensive anti-racism training. Our children deserve a safe and inclusive place to enjoy their learning experience.
I think its about time the department of education comes and audits the school. We all know there are some bad eggs in every school but this school has the most bad eggs I'd say in Sydney. Teachers lack the experience and even somewhat interest in helping kids who get bullied and do the bare minimum to punish who is responsible. Airy fairy attitude towards discipline and it shows with the way students behave. Do not take your kids there if you have another option. Thank me later
I'm going to be honest. There was bullying, a lot. Hitting people with sicciors . Mocking people that people don't know and more . The teachers never done anything because they think children can't feel anything but happiness, I suggest that they get a school counselor. They need to get teachers who understands and care . And when you get bullied they take the side with the most people.I got bullied and I told the teacher , she didn't even believe me, she sided with the troubled kid. Did you know most teachers there were so disgusting that they would make fun of you indirectly .I waited until highschool to get the mental support I need .Also as a person who went through all this.nIt's not just this .
I miss this school but I'm going to tell the truth my yr 6 teacher was really bad to me she was really picky on me I felt like she hated me but the school was so good I miss my yr 6 slso he was so funny and he helped allot. Mr anwer is the best slso
