there is no way Greensteel can offer the supply and build a shed service. I bought a shed off them and they were to supply the builder. After I paid for the shed they gave me a short list of builders to contact myself and arrange for the build. None of them were able to take on my job. my shed sat on the ground for 6 months before I was able to get a different builder to erect. they took absolutely no responsibility on their part to build my shed.
Ordered a gate that took over 3 months to get completed. When the gate finally turned up it wasnt the correct size. Extremely rude customer service on more than one occasion. Multiple communication breakdowns. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The negative Google reviews don't lie.
Great prices and good turn around on getting stuff in. Wouldn’t buy my steel from anywhere else. The regular guys on the sales desk and out in the shed are hard working and great customer service. Be prepared for a little wait when collecting as the shed gets busy. Not to fussed on the management staff, bumping there mates through the waiting queue and smoking in the shed???
Horrible customer service yesterday. Argued with my husband about our vehicle length we checked the laws before we ordered and paid for our steel, definitely legal to carry an 8m length. The bloke in the workshop chucked a tantrum and basically said it was too hard, and when my husband went to the office for a refund he threw the length of steel to the floor lit a cigarette. Im an asthmatic so that was a fun time breathing in cigarette smoke while waiting for everything to be refunded. Not going back, horrible experience. You've lost another business customer.
Called in at 20 to 5 just yo pick a 50 by 5 mm length of flat bar told us to "be quick" then arrived at the shed at 10 to 5 only to walk about the back and realise everyone in the office had left. And it dose say at the front of the shop 8 till 5
No communication. Waited on steel to come and expected delivery on a certain date. Was not told that they had stuffed up the order and that steel wouldn't be delivered that day. Poor customer service and attitude when I called to query. It was only a couple of grand worth but will take my business elsewhere next time.
Placed a phone order early morning for pick up in the afternoon. Arrived only to have to wait for over an hour to receive our order as it wasn't ready. Understaffed with only 1 person working in the receiving area out the back. Long line up in the drive thru area. Wouldn't recommend
Always prompt friendly service
Have dealt with this company for a very long time and have always been looked after. Communication is a two way street and you just can't expect everything your way. Will continue to use Greensteel as I know I will be taken care of. Ray.
Green Steel are our Primary supplier of steel supplies. They keep a wide range for our needs and are always responsive and good turn around time. Staff are always helpful.
