Love the Green Ocean food. They have the best Sweet and Sour Pork that I have had ever. Love their Chicken Chow Mein. Great service, fast and efficient.
Have always bought chinese from Green Ocean and it always been the nicest food...until tonight. The food was absolutely disgusting. Sweet sour pork was burnt to point of being inedible. Satay beef was tough and void of any taste. Chicken and cashews.. Im sure it was just boiled chicken meat. Special fried rice..nothing at all special about that. Wont be back I'm afraid.
Got yelled at by the lady manager. This is while I was complaining about the food quality & she told because I was 15 min late the food had gone bad then told me not to come back! Have been buying there product for over 15 years first time I've complained! Have had a couple of not so good dishes but this was revolting!!
Bought take away from there on Friday. They prepared the food really fast. Food was pretty good - about what you'd expect from your neighbourhood Chinese take away. I was overall satisfied with what we got.
This is ' hot ' off the press . I have just had a take away of Sweet & Sour Pork with Combination Fried Rice. I have never had such a good Chinese takeaway. the choice is to eat in otherwise have the meal made up in plastic containers otherwise have it separate and mix at home.The Pork Nuggets where put into a big paper bag for naturalness. There is enough for 3 meals. I highly recommend the Green Ocean. the staff are so polite and the meal came so quick I didn't have time to read 2 paragraphs of the Newspaper they provided while I waited. Always friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend Boneless Chicken & Plum Sauce, and Szechuan beef if you like a little spice be careful of the bits of chili in there unless you're brave haha.
I tried this restaurant after reading the reviews but I am sad to say the takeaway for large king prawn friend rice, sweet & sour pork and satay beef, costing over $50 went to the dogs. Wasnt just bad it was inedible.
Friendly staff, good service and great food. Don't know what the other fools are on about but we've been eating here for years.
The service in this place would have to be the worst of any restaurant that I have ever been to. No service. Food was crap as well. They should be paying people to go there. Would rate at 0 stars if I could.
