We weren't sure to try here due to reviews !! We have now been 4 times and the food is delicious Fridays they do $15 wood fire pizzas and they are amazing price and size!!! We love the bangers and mash, cheese chips and gravy, pumpkin soup, the cakes are sooo good !!! And the staff are lovely definitely will continue to eat here
Really Good Looking Cafe Located on Waterford Tambourine Road. Has a Unique Layout & Lovely Ambiance. Great Spot to Stop for a Cuppa or Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
First visit and very impressed we had a bowl of with gravy on the side yummiest chips ever and a coffee yummy too but it's the amazing Rainforest like garden where you can sit inside or outside they have amazing fountains wild birds and plants also some rusty gold trucks and archways just a wonderful place to chill and eat
Beautiful setting with lots of little nooks with tables and chairs. It's like sitting in the rainforest. The food is excellent as well.
Lovely cafe set in beautiful gardens. Sit inside with a wood fire in winter or outside under lush trees and umbrellas in summer. We stopped during the week for coffee and cake and both were delicious although the lady behind the counter was a little on the surly side. The cafe is open 6 days a week and there were signs indicating they have live bands. Definitely worth checking out and we will be back.
Great place to have lunch. Took a group of seniors there today.. Plenty of room for walkers and wheelchairs. Toilets facilities good. Menu okay, could of been a better selection for seniors. This cafe should do a lunch special seniors or for anyone who just wants a lighter lunch meal..otherwise very happy with the excellent service. Great outdoor dining areas.. sit amongst the rainforest and watch the water dragon's soak up the sun.
Just got charged TWENTY DOLLARS!! For two iced lattes that don’t taste like they have any coffee in them. When I called, I was told that THAT WAS A DISCOUNT. $12.50 for one iced latte they said they normally charge. That is absolutely insane. There are so many other good cafes around this area that make way better coffee for significantly less money. You can go to an actual coffee roaster five mins down the road and get two coffees for $11. Avoid here at all costs. Over priced, rude, terrible quality.
Honestly it is the best place - so accommodating, it was absolutely so hot outside and this beautiful soul SALLY gave over and beyond customer service. The food was amazing and great portions. They kept checking in to see how the meals going and made sure we were okay in this heat! Absolutely amazing - definitely coming back! Thank you to sally and the team! Kid-friendliness: They were always checking in making sure the kids have cold water - was amazing service!
Ordered drinks and some baked goods from the front window and waited 40min for them to arrive at the table!! Drinks and food were mediocre for the price they were asking, and the owners/managers were rude and gruff when speaking to both their customers and staff! Not intending on returning or recommending this place in the future.
The food was amazing but today, unfortunately, due to a multitude of reasons, there were excessive wait times for meals and drinks. We also order thick shakes which tasted great but I'm sure due to the wait times for things to reach us we're no longer "thick" but rather just a plain ol' milk shake. Having said that though, we will definitely give them another go. Staff and mechanical issues happen from time to time. Can't judge them based on a single so-so visit.
