My husband and I hired kayaks for 2hrs over the Christmas holidays. We were very happy with the exceptionally friendly staff, great prices and the quality of the kayaks. I recommend Riverlife to anyone wishing to have a fun date, work event or family outing.
We took the kids abseiling with RiverLife yesterday…..what a great experience!!! We loved it! Matt and Harrison were professional, explained all of the safety instructions clearly and guided us down the cliffs with patience and encouragement. I would like to thank Harrison for being so patient with our youngest boy. Oliver had a big freak out right before he took that first step over the edge, Harrison was so kind and calm and, even though Oliver did not complete the abseil this time, has already requested to come back and give it another go….but he wants the same instructor. Thank you for a great afternoon Matt and Harrison!
Today we did the afternoon Kayak trip with Gee and it was absolutely amazing seeing brisbane from the water. Gee was an awesome guide! After a short break we then started our twilight rock climbing with Manny who kept us safe and gave us so much guidance when getting up the rock walls. It was hard work but with Manny's encouragement we both got to the top! Highly recommend both Manny and Gee and going on adventure with Riverlife!
A great afternoon out on the water! Took a group of teens for a birthday and they had great fun. Georgia and Gui were fantastic guides and I think they enjoyed it as much as we did. Excellent activity to view our beautiful city.
We are in Australia on our honeymoon booked a last minute kayaking on the Brisbane river, it was easy to get to with the meeting point link on your booking so you knew where to go. Our instructor was Mani she was fabulous taught us what we needed to know before going in the water. I was a little nervous to start with but Mani kept coming back to me and giving me tips on how to make sure I was balanced Really lovely experience would definitely recommend as something to do if you were here in Brisbane
It was an amazing experience at Riverlife Adventure, first time for my abseiling adventure I’ve had so much fun. The staffs are friendly, accommodating, helpful and they know what they’re doing made my adventure safely. I will definitely do it again with my friends. A massive thank you to Georgia and Harry for an awesome instructions.
Riverlife Adventure – Abseiling This is an amazing experience. Both the trainers Matt & Locky are great guys who makes sure that you are safe. Riverlife provides all the required gears for abseiling, gives proper induction and makes sure that you understood all the details. After the induction, they give you the gears and makes sure that you wear them correctly and helps you to tighten the gears. Once the gears are on, they take you on the top of the cliff and explains again how to start abseiling. The first few steps are the most important steps and once you move first five to six steps you come down quickly. Depending on the side where you abseil, you come down quickly. On one location, it felt like you are sliding. Overall, this is an amazing experience and Reverlife Adventure makes sure that we do it safely and enjoy the adventure. I highly recommend this activity if you are in Brisbane or travelling to Brisbane. You can watch my abseiling video at following link.
My first abseil off the Kangaroo Point Cliffs was amazing. I felt very comfortable with my instructor Ruby. She was friendly, calm and encouraging. Highly recommend this adventure.
My husband and I had a great and exciting afternoon, abseiling down Kangaroo Point cliffs with Manny and Sydney. They were very good and patient explaining all the safety involved and making sure we were safe at all times. We have already been recommending the experience to family and friends. Thank you ladies!
Had great time kayaking with our guide G! Gui? He was so fun and kind enough to help me out against the current so I could catch up with the group and still enjoy my ride and have some photos on the river. Definitely coming back for a twilight session.
