While Greater Shepparton City Council monitors and moderates content posted on its social platforms, we only respond to comments and private messages during standard business hours (8:15am to 5:00pm), therefore responses to online requests for information may take more than one business day.

• repetitive comments copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple users;
• any other inappropriate content or comments as determined by Greater Shepparton City Council.
